Submission Terms

By submitting a replay or video (“Submission”), you agree to these terms with all current and future operators of Touhou Replay Showcase (“We/Us”):

1. Rights & License: Strictly for the purposes of broadcasting and archiving the show, you grant us a free, perpetual, global, non-exclusive right to broadcast, record, edit (including speed and commentary adjustments), archive, and sublicense your Submission to affiliated co-hosts, commentators, and video platforms (e.g., Twitch, YouTube). You warrant that you hold all necessary rights and agree to indemnify us against any third-party claims arising from your failure to have the necessary rights for your Submission.

2. Age Representation: You warrant that you are of legal age to enter this agreement or have obtained the explicit consent of your parent or legal guardian.

3. Discretion & Storage: We retain absolute editorial discretion to reject or delete any Submission at any time without reason, and do not guarantee permanent storage of past broadcasts or files.

4. Liability: We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, limb, or health. For simple negligence, our liability is strictly limited to typical, foreseeable damages resulting from a breach of essential contractual obligations. We are not liable for any loss of your data, except where such loss was caused by our gross negligence, and only to the extent that the data could not have been recovered through regular, reasonable backups.

5. Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of Germany.
